Spring Flower Honey

A honey usually with a very delicate flavour and scent, thanks to the significant presence of acacia and sulla honeys. Depending on the vintage, it may have more pronounced notes of spring blossoms, making it often lightly fragrant and very pleasant. Never ordinary, it is greatly appreciated for its peculiarity of remaining liquid longer than many other honeys.
