From the hills of Urbino, three generations of beekeepers crafting pure, raw honeys with no additives — just flowers, bees, and time.
It all began with a child named Marino, enchanted by the mystery of bees, who placed one in a small box just to watch it make honey. That childhood curiosity grew into a lifelong passion — and eventually into the Gabannini apiary in the hills of Urbino.
More than a century later, we still honour that same wonder. Our honeys are harvested slowly, handled gently, and never rushed — because great honey, like great tradition, cannot be hurried.
