Ginger Honey Spread

The Ginger Honey Spread is the result of approximately 12 months of processing. We use exclusively organic ginger sourced from a certified supplier. We add no chemical flavourings or taste enhancers — we simply let our acacia honey do all the work. The entirely unique process requires no heat, which would quickly degrade both the honey and the beneficial properties of the ginger. Nature knows what to do; we simply give it a helping hand. The result is an ESSENTIAL product in its making but highly complex in the final outcome.
