Woodland Flower Honey

A very distinctive honey harvested in June, when particular climatic conditions allowed the production of HONEYDEW that the bees collected in abundance, mixing it with flower nectar. The result is a richly flavoured wildflower honey enhanced by the warm, malty notes of woodland honeydew.
